Love yourself!
How emotions control your bladder health
Causes of physical discomfort can include constant stress, social conflicts (such as with a partner or at work), negative experiences and events, and fears.
Psychosomatics - Body and soul form a unity: There is an undeniable interaction between the body and mind. Emotional suffering can manifest in physical symptoms, and vice versa.
Are you a fellow sufferer? When one bladder infection follows another and you don't know where to turn, it’s hard to stay positive and look forward. At the very least, it completely ruined my mood and optimism back then.
Nevertheless, you should move every lever to break free from this downward spiral.
How is your soul doing?
How fit is your body?
Believe in yourself!
Your body is a miracle of creation. It was once made to be healthy and is (in most cases) equipped with the ability to ward off infections.
Be mindful of your body and your soul.
Do good things for yourself wherever you can.
You are perfect just the way you are!
Coaching
The hardest step of all: Get help!
If reading guides is no longer enough, try mentoring/coaching. There is an expert in every field.
